BBB == I assume BeagleBone Black see : https://beagleboard.org/black .
In summary a small single board computer similar to the Raspberry Pi
computers (BBB slightly more expensive than the Raspberry Pi, somewhat
different feature set, could be a good choice in some situations).

Pi-B unless otherwise stated I would assume meant the original
Raspberry Pi model B, there has also been a Raspberry Pi 2 model B and
a Raspberry Pi 3 model B. In each case the price has stayed the same
($35/US plus shipping) but CPU speed and list of features has
increased.
