[u-u] wvdial.conf

Back to my favorite time sink project a display for a local sailing club.
with this I need weather forecast data from via a cellular phone data
stick. This will be running under Raspbian (the Raspberry Pi port of
Debian). So, does anyone know what what values I need to stick into
wvdial.conf to talk to Bell Canada?
