I think there are several of us on-list that provide connections.  I can 
provide unlimited ADSL very cheaply (which suites both those uses) and I 
can also provide VDSL and cable. All IP addresses are static, IPv6 is 
included and I place no limitations on your usage.

Note that install times tend to be in the two week range right now.
