Logitech (among a few others) also have integrations whereby you add 
your android device to their app and it appears as an auxilliary 
screen.  Corsair also sells a little screen that plugs into USB and has 
various plugins ... and an input scheme.

You can also do what you say with a Pi in various configs.

There are also Pi-focused displays that accept HDMI input and give USB 
mouse output that can also be plugged into winblows.
