Seconded.

It's pretty rare that I'll recommend buying closed-source
software -- especially to someone in the open-source community.

But I've searched and searched for an open-source terminal
emulator for Windows, and every one I've tried gets in my way
somehow or other.  SecureCRT does the job, does it well, and
stays out of my way -- and it's not hugely expensive.
